Who we are

BERCOR is a software consulting and development service owned by Franco Berlingieri, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-37532327-4, based in Córdoba, Argentina. He is the controller of the personal data described here.

What data we process and where it comes from

We only process the data we need to answer you or to deliver what you asked for.

• On Instagram (@bercor.ai): when you comment on a post or send us a direct message, we receive from Instagram your username, your Instagram-scoped user ID, the text and date of your comment or message and, if you asked for a resource we deliver to our followers, whether or not you follow our account.
• On this website: what you write in the chat and which sections of the page you viewed, so the conversation can continue without you repeating yourself.
• On WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the messages we exchange.
• When we contact you first: business contact details of your company taken from public sources (trade name, industry, city and published phone number).

We never receive your password or access any other part of your accounts, and we do not ask for sensitive data.

What we use it for

• To send you the resource you asked for by commenting a keyword.
• To answer your questions and continue the conversation you started.
• To schedule a meeting, if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of what was requested and whether it was delivered.
• To offer our services to your company, when we are the ones who start the contact. If you are not interested, reply BAJA and we will not message you again.

We do not sell your data, we do not build profiles with it and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.

AI assistants

In the chat on this website and on WhatsApp you may be answered by an AI assistant that works for the BERCOR team. To generate the answer, the text of the conversation is sent to language model providers. Meetings and commercial decisions are handled by a person.

Who we share it with

We do not hand your data over to third parties for their own purposes. To operate, we use providers that store or process it on our behalf:

• Meta Platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp): where comments and messages take place.
• Supabase: the database where we store conversations and delivery records.
• Hostinger: the server that runs our automations.
• Vercel: hosting of this website.
• OpenRouter and the language model providers it gives access to: they process the text of the conversation to generate the assistant's answers.

Some of these providers process data outside Argentina.

How long we keep it

The record of a resource request (username, comment, keyword, date and result) is kept for 12 months. Conversations are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact. After that they are deleted.

Comments and messages also remain on Instagram or WhatsApp, under those platforms' own rules.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and to stop contacting you. It is free of charge. Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection grants you these rights of access, rectification and deletion.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority of Law 25.326, is empowered to hear complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules.

How to request deletion of your data

Email us at consultorabercor@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Instagram username or your WhatsApp number, depending on where you contacted us. We delete what we hold within 5 business days and confirm it to you by the same channel.

You can also delete your comment or the conversation from Instagram at any time, and on WhatsApp you can reply BAJA and we will not message you again.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
